What's On at Basingstoke Science Cafe

Basingstoke Science & Climate Cafe is a place where anyone is welcome to explore the latest ideas in science, technology and climate change.

We aim to publicise details of livestream and in-person Science, Technology and Climate Change talks to people in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. The in-person events include a mix of live speakers plus discussion of the event topic in a follow-on Q&A session.  The live speakers are experts in their field invited from local companies and academic centres and are specialists in the subjects under discussion.

We also include in our calendar the details of many livestream public talks from the likes of The Royal Institution, The Royal Society, Gresham College and other organisations. Booking for these online talks is often handled outside this meetup group, so please read the event instructions carefully.
